Formulated and tested UV-curable thermal inkjet inks. Conducted research on aqueous diblock copolymer solutions, examining their effectiveness as low-VOC coating components and response to changes in solution pH and ionic strength. Coupled electro-piezo-mechano-fluidic modeling, fabrication, and testing of sputter-deposited piezo layers and sintered-brick piezo elements. Designed shutter, air-cooling and light containment for UV curing system and service station for drop-on-demand piezo inkjet printer.
