Bill Buskirk, President/CEO/Co-Founder

As President and CEO, co-founder Bill Buskirk has grown ImTech from a two-person contract engineering company to a recognized industry leader in inkjet innovation and integration. He has led the design of new inkjet print heads, consumer and industrial printing mechanisms, and complex print-head test systems as well as conducted research on ink and substrate compatibility. An electrical engineer with 31 years of industry experience, he holds three patents in inkjet technology.

Charlie Gilson, Co-Founder

Co-founder Charlie Gilson brings more than 33 years of experience in mechanical engineering and holds two patents in thermal protection of electronic circuits. At HP, he led the mechanical design process from concept through manufacture of inkjet printers, calculators, portable computers and peripherals. At ImTech, he has designed bulk ink delivery systems, piezo drop-on-demand wide-format printers, drop observation tools and XYZ printing systems. His technical background includes expertise in product and system design, analysis and testing, and both high-volume and low-volume manufacturing.
