ImTech is the first ink development company to successfully produce a UV curable inkjet ink designed for HP Thermal Inkjet cartridges (TIJ). Through ImTech's partnership with Hewlett-Packard and utilizing HP TIJ technology, ImTech offers PremMark™, a portfolio of Premium Specialty Marking and Coding Inks for the Industrial Printing Industry. Formulated for and delivered in new HP 45A cartridges, ImTech sets the standard for performance.

PremMark™ Inks

UV Curable and UV/LED Curable Inks

A family of UV Curable and UV/LED Curable Inks designed to adhere to non-porous substrates, such as coated and glossy paper or fiberboard, plastics, PVC, foils, polystyrene and green lumber. Available in new HP45 cartridges filled in ImTech's own facility. ImTech UV Curable Inks are formulated for and sold through a worldwide network of licensed distributors.

UV Curable Black

Pigmented ink optimized for broad spectrum, conventional UV Lamps

UV LED Curable Black

Pigmented ink optimized for LED arrays, excellent results with conventional UV lamps

UV LED Curable Red

Dye-based ink optimized for LED arrays, excellent results with conventional UV lamps

GradeStamp

Water-based pigmented ink with dark black color. Optimized for lumber marking. Long decap. Water and fade resistant. Suitable for case coding and barcode applications. CMYK spot colors mixed on demand. Available in bulk.

PolyPrint

Aggressive, fast drying, black dye-based solvent ink optimized for polyethylene, polyester, OPP, synthetic decking, coated fiberboard, or other non-porous substrates where UV curing is not an option. Average Dry time less than 3 seconds. Decap over 5 minutes. Some preheating of substrate may be necessary to control bloom (substrate and application dependent). Not suggested for high density, large character printing. Product is well-suited to date coding and barcode printing.

Applications including brand authentication or anti-fraud protection using nano-particle suspensions are an example of how ImTech can engineer a jettable fluid to meet a specific need.
